Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Proven track record experience in building and managing the Full Cycle of US Bench Sales and Recruitment for large successful companies
  • Comprehensive understanding of various US Visa types
  • Identifying staffing requirements based on business needs and current employee skill sets
  • Identify, source, and place candidates on the bench with clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices


Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:

  • 2-6 years of experience in US IT staffing, with a focus on bench sales
  • Proven track record of success in bench sales recruiting
  • Strong understanding of the US IT staffing industry, including current trends and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
  • Willing to work as per US timings ( 7:00 p.m IST - 4:00 a.m IST )
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of industry-specific products, services, and solutions
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
