Job Description: Lifeline is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Director of Service. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care and managing staff, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and direct home care services provided by the organization, ensuring high standards of care and adherence to protocols.
Manage and mentor staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient care and address any issues.
Update existing policies and establish new ones to optimized operations and improve patient care.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies, and standards in home care.
Address and resolve all patient or staff concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Oversee budgeting for clinical services, including equipment and staffing needs.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Registered Nurse
Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
Minimum of 1-2 years of Canadian work experience
Strong knowledge of clinical practices, regulations, and standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
