Responsibilities: - Supervise AP and AR clerks - Manage the general ledger reconciliation process and ensure accuracy of financial records - Provide guidance and support to accounting staff on complex accounting issues - Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets - Assist in Administrative duties of the plant

Experience - Bachelor's or Associates degree in Accounting - Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and financial

- Proficiency in a fully functional ERP such as NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics or other accounting software - Excellent understanding of debits, credits, and general ledger reconciliation - Solid understanding of corporate accounting principles and internal controls - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

-EXPERIENCE in Manufacturing Environment a MUST
