Dr Mas Laboratories Inc. (DML Labs) is a Canadian based certified GMP manufacturer of Natural Health Products (NHP) located across multiple locations within Greater Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. DML Lab staff have over 26 years of experience in manufacturing traditional remedies and new trending natural health products, botanical extracts, dietary supplements, vitamins, and minerals. Our fully integrated manufacturing facilities and teams of pharmaceutical experts provide customers with advanced research, development, and manufacturing solutions.

In line with our swift business growth and drive our strategic organization growth, we are currently seeking a Human Resources and Administrative Vice President to be part of our senior executive team. This is a key leadership position reporting to the Board of Directors, and will oversee all human resources and administrative operations, ensuring alignment with the companys strategic goals. This role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in human resources and administration, strong organizational skills, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define the organization's long-term mission and goals; identify ways to support this mission through talent management.
- Develop and implement human resources and administration strategies, policies, and programs that support the companys objectives; identify key performance indicators for the organization's human resource and administration management functions.
- Provide guidance and leadership to the human resources management team and administration management team; assist with the resolution of questions, concerns, and issues; ensure teams are meeting key deliverables and timelines.
- Provide thought leadership and initiate activities to maximize organizational effectiveness, including goal tracking, organizational effectiveness, and involvement in the enterprise long-range plan and goals.
- Maintain collaboration across the enterprise, including Finance, Operations, Production, and Marketing, to ensure the delivery of key priorities in support of the organizations effectiveness, including budget management, department communications, and office management.
- Lead, develop, and implement competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, and employee incentive programs; lead best practice to ensure compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements.
- Oversee the recruitment process for management-level and select executive staff, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
- Promote and maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture; monitor and report on the organizations overall health and success.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- At least a bachelors degree.
- At least ten years of progressive experience as a senior human resources executive and administrative role.
- Effective and persuasive communication and presentation skills with the ability to appreciate various viewpoints, share relevant information in a timely manner, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to develop and implement effective human resources and administrative strategies and programs.
- Excellent leadership and management skills; proven experience in managing a team of human resources and administrative professionals.
- Keen analytical and problem-solving skills that enable sound strategic decision-making; resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems.
- Strong professional judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust among staff at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to build a strong collaborative culture, driving and exceeding projected results.
- Exhibit commitment and perseverance, with a proven ability to stay focused amidst multiple demands on time and attention.
