Our financial brokerage is rapidly expanding nationwide and seeking valuable Financial Representatives to support our mission to inspire families to dream again in their financial pursuit. The demand for financial guidance is high and the current way of doing things isnt necessarily working for Americans. We prioritize filling in the financial literacy gap for our clients, helping them know better so you can do better in your financial goals and accomplishments. We work hard to create a safe space for clients to learn, and a trusted relationship to help. Our work is extremely relational, not transactional. We work hard to get to know our clients, listen diligently and be there now and in the future. Currently we are seeking individuals with the following characteristics including being naturally relational, able to work well and communicate effectively with both their clients and team, ambitious individuals, strong discipline & work ethic, and leadership experience for potential future leaders in the firm. Were looking for our next Remote Financial Representative to help us pave the way for our clients to reach their financial goals through financial education and strategizing.

Responsibilities:
- Build a client base by stewarding relationships with your network, maintaining those relationships and being there as needed for client guidance.
- Providing solutions and education to help your clients accomplish their financial goals & dreams.
- Responsible for working closely with our many company providers to process policies and financial solutions. While maintaining your past book of business for future client needs and annual communication.
- Support the training processes and development of other valued representatives in the firm. Potentially leading your own team of representatives, allowing you to make a bigger impact than possibly accomplished on your own.
- Take ownership of your success and career in the financial field. Constant conversations will be had to visualize the trajectory of your career and building the pathway to achieve it.
