Overview: A Millwright Foreman/Engineer is a skilled professional responsible for overseeing and executing complex industrial machinery installation, repair, and maintenance. Technical Expertise:

Possesses in-depth knowledge of industrial machinery, including installation, repair, and maintenance procedures.
Reads and interprets blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Troubleshoots mechanical issues and implements effective solutions.
Ensures compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control measures.
Project Management:

Plans and coordinates major machinery overhauls, installations, and repairs.
Develops project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Monitors project progress and makes necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.

Safety and Maintenance:
