Provide and manage comprehensive medical care, including diagnosis and nonsurgical treatment of diseases, common health problems, and chronic, and complex illnesses for patients of all ages; monitor patients' conditions and progress and reevaluate treatments as necessary; explain procedures and discuss test results and prescribed treatments with patients; order routine laboratory and other testing and interpret results, or arrange for such procedures at other facilities; prescribe medications according to proper clinical care and standards of practice; ensure proper completion of medical health records and maintain patient histories. MD/OD, BE/BC in Family Medicine, and DEA certification, 3 years FM residency.
