We (Torre) are helping West Pico Distributors, LLC find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Accounts Receivable Clerk.

Compensation:
USD19 - 24/hour.

Location:
5203 South Downey Road, Vernon, CA, USA.

What makes you a strong candidate:
• You have 4+ years of experience in accounting.
• You are proficient in accounts receivables collections, account receivable, credits for distribution, and billing.
• English – Native or fully fluent.

Responsibilities and more:
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Perform collections for customers while keeping accounts within their terms.
• Follow up on past due payments.
• Review aging report and distribute statements as needed.
• Post and apply all payments related to customers.
• Resolve customer billing discrepancies.
• Validate/resolve short payments as received.
• Run credit checks on new potential customers.
• Logging and scanning advertisement.
• File Claims for Ralphs Short Pay.
• Other duties may be assigned to fulfill WPD’s objectives.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
• A high school diploma or equivalent, college degree is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Excellent customer service skills to address payment-related inquiries effectively.
• Strong written and verbal and communication skills in English.
• Experience with ERP.
• Ability to perform basic math.
