Duties: Liaise between Development and Business to ensure smooth communication and prioritization of work. Lead Agile teams to achieve the objectives of the project. Identify and resolve issues impacting the development team. Identify, assess and manage risks to the success of the project, including the provision and use of contingency for those risks which are to be managed. Communicate with all stakeholders of the project based on their needs.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or related field plus 2 years of related experience. Requires 2 years of experience in the following: Agile Project Life Cycles (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Confluence, Jira); Traditional software development life cycle models; Basic development technologies and skills; Managing software development projects; Serving as Project Manager or ScrumMaster for Software Development Team; and Using agile methods.
