Position Summary
Associates are integral members of the search execution and client engagement team, providing research, consultative and advocacy skills to deliver extraordinary service and talent solutions to our clients globally.

Successful candidates are self-motivated, have strong business research abilities, good communication skills and a curiosity to learn. Associates help develop the search strategy, gather relevant information regarding the appropriate industries and target companies, identify potential candidates from different sources, draft role description documents, participate in candidate assessments, and prepare client progress reports.

Key Responsibilities
Participate in client meetings along with the Partner.
Assist team to write job descriptions and create initial search strategies including target lists of companies and industries to be pursued for the search.
Research potential candidates using online and offline resources, internal firm networks, external publications and proactive market outreach.
Lead outreach and engage candidates for initial role briefs to ascertain interest in the opportunity to create a slate of qualified candidates that the engagement principal can assess and present to the client.
Prepare client-ready assessment reports, industry research papers, and solutioning presentations.
Regularly review search progress and market coverage with the engagement Partner and review intelligence gathered on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, etc.
Collaborate internally and work with the team to create pitch presentations and business development documents.
Maintain process compliance including keeping the firm’s state-of-the-art proprietary workflow/ERP platform updated with candidate and search data.

Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree required – any discipline, post graduate degree a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced, client-driven global environment
Strong project management and time management skills; takes ownership to deliver on multiple search projects, sometimes with competing priorities, working with multiple Partners internally and managing expectations
Results oriented and demonstrates a strong work ethic.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; builds relationships with internal stakeholders and externally with clients and candidates.
