Role: Sr. Lead Dynamics CRM Architect Customer: EQ Bank Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) Job Description: As the Dynamics CRM Senior Architect Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of complex Dynamics CRM solutions. You will play a pivotal role in leading a team of CRM architects and developers, ensuring the CRM system aligns with the strategic objectives of the client and is fit for purpose. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architecture and design efforts for Dynamics CRM implementations, including system integrations with other enterprise applications. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions leveraging Dynamics CRM capabilities. Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of CRM architects and developers throughout the entire project lifecycle. Conduct architectural reviews, code reviews, and performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance, scalability, and reliability. Drive best practices in CRM solution architecture, development, and deployment methodologies. Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Dynamics CRM and related technologies to continuously enhance our CRM offerings. Serve as a subject matter expert on Dynamics CRM, providing insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience (12+ years) in architecting and implementing Dynamics CRM solutions, with a deep understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture and customization capabilities. Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead a team of CRM architects and developers. Extensive experience in designing and implementing CRM integrations with other enterprise systems (ERP, BI, etc.). Hands-on experience with CRM customization, configuration, workflows, plugins, Power Platform, and web resources. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Relevant certifications in Dynamics CRM (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration) are highly desirable.
