A healthcare facility in Iowa is looking for an OBGYN to provide coverage for an ongoing need.
Practice Setting:
Not-for-profit health system with one of the largest multi-specialist physician groups
Support includes one other MD and standard hospital staff
Charting: Cerner
Cases and Procedures:
Primarily GYN cases in-office, with some OB cases including low and high-risk pregnancies, FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE), OB ultrasounds (preferred), and routine deliveries
Perform GYN surgeries during the week, as necessary
Schedule:
Monday to Friday clinic and call coverage
7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Weekend call is Friday 5:00 PM to Monday 7:00 AM
24-hour call for delivery/C-sections, with potential weeknight call coverage as well if interested
