Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Business Intelligence (BI) Manager to join our team. As the BI Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data-driven business intelligence solutions. This role involves working closely with key stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide strategic insights to drive business growth.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems).
• More than 10 years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
• Strong technical skills in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Qlikview - QlikSense
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering business intelligence projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data governance, privacy, and security regulations.
• Knowledge of business processes and operations in industries such as BPO is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of business intelligence strategies, initiatives, and solutions.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Manage and optimize data ETL processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Design and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to enable data-driven decision making.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in business intelligence and data analytics.
• Manage a team of business intelligence analysts and developers, providing guidance and support.
• Develop and enforce best practices for data governance, security, and privacy.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of business intelligence solutions and make necessary improvements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
