Education/Licensing Requirements:
Graduation from accredited medical school (MD or DO).
Board certified or board eligible in Gastroenterology required.
Valid and unrestricted Connecticut medical license or ability to obtain.
Valid DEA registration and Controlled Substance Certificate.
