Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities and promoting our home care services to potential clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and a passion for making a positive impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve companys growth objectives.

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt attention to their needs and addressing any concern.

Build and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities, community organizations, and potential clients.

Conduct presentations and provide information about our home care services to prospective clients.

Prepare and deliver sales proposals.

Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to achieving client satisfaction and supporting the companys growth.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Cegep degree in a related field or relevant experience

Fluent in French & English both written and oral. (Required)

1+ year of experience in sales or PR, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
