About the Position
Rosestone Construction Inc. is currently looking for an experienced Landscaping Foreman who can supervise and coordinate the activities of workers to help us meet the growing demand as Rosestone Construction Inc. expands. Rosestone Construction Inc. is an actively growing company that offers growth opportunities. We are looking for a full-time candidate to grow with the company.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers who maintain lawns, gardens, athletic fields, golf courses, cemeteries, parks, interior plantscapes and other landscaped areas
Plan and estimate the materials and labour requirements for individual contracts
Organize the planting and maintenance of trees, gardens, lawns, shrubs and hedges and the construction and installation of fences, decks, patios, walkways and retaining walls
Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities with other work units
Resolve work-related problems
Requisition supplies and materials
May perform the same duties as workers supervised.

Qualifications
Over 5 years of experience as a landscape or horticulture supervisor or as a landscape or horticulture technician is required.
Experience in the type of work supervised is required.

Full-time, permanent, 40 hours per week
