AlediumHR is looking for a dynamic Product Line Manager for one of our non-healthcare clients, located just an hour outside of Asheville, NC. If you're ready to lead a team that drives product execution and innovation, this is the opportunity for you!

As a Product Line Manager doubling as a Program Manager, you'll be at the helm of prioritizing resources, ensuring product quality, swiftly resolving defects, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting capture teams. This role is vital to the operational success of all product and program-specific tasks and IRAD initiatives for product development and enhancement.

Position Highlights:

Achieve all orders, sales, profit, and financial goals at the product line level.
Provide visionary leadership and product management expertise.
Direct the Product Line Team in accordance with existing policies, procedures, or contracts.
Identify requirements for PLAP, IR&D, B&P, and P&E support.
Ensure timely, accurate, and complete reporting of product line status, risks, and challenges to program offices and business leadership.
Manage the Product Line Accounting Plan and own the Product Line Management Plan.
Represent the future of the product in meetings with business management.

What Were Looking For:

A Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience leading cross-functional teams with a focus on quality/technical aspects, schedule, and cost performance.
Proven success in working with supply chain production teams.
Strong problem-solving skills with experience in root cause and corrective action.
Proficiency in risk identification and management.
Experience working with suppliers and subcontract management.
Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
Must be a U.S. citizen.

Bonus Points For:

Experience with proposals, including preparation, INAR, EPP, and/or negotiations.
Knowledge of commercial and DoD contracting and/or negotiating.
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
Proven ability to handle multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously with minimal direction.
