AlediumHR is seeking an empathetic and dedicated LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC to join our client's team. Your mission will be to empower patients across all stages of life, leading them toward lasting recovery from addiction and mental health challenges.

Not Your Typical Role

Work/Life Balance: M-F-32 Hours is considered FT. (No Weekends, No Nights, and No On-call)

Essential Functions:

Holistic Treatment: Delivering evidence-based, client-centered interventions tailored to each individual's needs. Your toolbox includes assessment, group therapy, skill enhancement, safety planning, and recovery strategy development. Attending to co-occurring mental health and substance use issues is second nature.

Emergency Support: The calm amidst the storm. Provide timely crisis intervention, develop safety plans, and coordinate urgent care when needed. Mastery of harm reduction methods will guide your approach.

Collaborative Partnerships: Be the bridge between clients, caregivers, and stakeholders. Communication is your key, as you liaise with providers and referral sources, ensuring seamless and integrated care for the holistic well-being of clients.

Relationship Building: Forge genuine connections. Maintain open, professional communication with Team Leaders, clients, colleagues, and community stakeholders. Your interpersonal skills will inspire trust and growth.

Documentation Excellence: Your documentation is your canvas. Create accurate, timely records of interventions, meeting ethical standards, and upholding organizational protocols. Your proficiency with our EHR system will be a cornerstone.

Positive Team Environment: Foster an atmosphere of collaboration and growth. Your advocacy for open communication and team strengths will be instrumental in creating a harmonious workplace.

Qualifications:

Education: Masters Degree in Social Work or related field. Must be licensed..
Licenses: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC (Progress toward LCAC is preferred).
Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and EHR systems.
Physical Demands: Comfort with standing, lifting, and bending.
Work Conditions: Office-based, contributing to a tranquil and supportive atmosphere.
Special Schedule: Embrace core Monday-Friday hours with some evening flexibility.At least two years in a human service-related role, with a preference for experience in treating substance use disorders.
