Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Franchise Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the operation of franchise locations, ensuring smooth operations, adherence to brand standards, and profitability. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in franchise management.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute franchise business plans and budgets.
Provide guidance and support to franchisees, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor franchisee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to maximize franchise profitability.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition at the franchise level.
Resolve franchisee issues or disputes in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in franchise management or a similar role within the retail/hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to travel as needed.

Hourly :
o Monday to Friday
o 30 40 hours per week
o Full-time position
