**Duties:**

- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Provide companionship and emotional support

- Medication Reminding

- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping

- Accompany clients to appointments and outings

- Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior

**Skills:**

- Experience or knowledge in social work, dementia care, home care, and patient care

- Ability to drive to clients' homes for visits

- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or behavioral management needs

- Proficiency in first aid procedures

-1 year paid experience in Home care
