At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in business systems analysis and design. A minimum of three (3) years of gathering requirements and defining use cases for Information Technology projects utilizing Agile methodology. A minimum of (2) years acting as a product owner or analyst constructing, maintaining, and prioritizing product backlogs. Possession of a bachelor's degree. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
