Sr. Software Engineer (Hybrid)

We have an immediate need for a contract Sr. Software Engineer to join a global mass media and entertainment conglomerate.

Location: Hybrid working 3 days onsite per week out of Glendale, CA

This job expects to pay about $83 - 87 per hour plus benefits.

• Proven ability to support Complex, Technical Projects
• Experience in designing Customized solutions based on the evolving business needs
• Hands On experience to build large scale platform/enterprise solutions
• 8+ Years of Software Development experience
• Team player with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in working with Open APIs, API Gateway
• Experience with React, Next JS, Node JS, TypeScript
• Experience with Material UI, Event Driven Architecture
• Hands on experience with AWS Serverless Technologies (Lambdas, Step Functions, SQS/SNS, Event bridge, S3, CloudFront, CloudWatch, WAF)
• Database experience with Postgres or any other relational DB
• Security experience with SML, SSO, JWT
• Knowledge and experience using Source Control and CI tools (GitLab/GitHub), Terraform & Agile/Scrum Methodologies
• Experience with managing a small group of Software Developers and guide them to build strong Technical Solutions
• Experience in Media & Entertainment Industry
