Senior Manufacturing Engineer (REQ #R343) position available with Cytovale, Inc. in San Francisco, California. Anticipated salary for the position: $134,000 - $154,000.

Responsibilities: Support manufacturing initiatives such as process capability, capacity, quality, and cost reduction projects. Proactively plan and execute capacity expansion projects necessary to fulfill manufacturing forecasts. Provide/manage change control deliverables associated with establishing reliable manufacturing processes and product supply. Support manufacturing non-conformance root cause analysis investigations and mitigations. Partner with research and development engineering in assessing, developing, implementing DFM opportunities. Support/lead projects to qualify additional/alternative Contract Manufacturers as necessary. Serve as primary technical point of contact for Contract Manufacturer(s).

The position requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Engineering or a related technical field.

The position also requires three (3) years of experience in job offered or in a computer-related occupation.

Professional experience must include: Ability to develop, validate, and sustain high-volume injection processes; Maintain and troubleshoot repair processes and equipment failures to ensure reliable product supply and minimize manufacturing downtime; Risk analysis techniques to proactively mitigate process and equipment failures; and LEAN manufacturing principles/techniques to identify opportunities and implement methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce cost. **MAY WORK REMOTELY
