Oversee the data analysis lifecycle, from data collection and preprocessing to modeling, visualization, and interpretation of results. Design and maintain data pipelines, databases, and data warehouses for efficient data storage, retrieval, and analysis. Manage data project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, data requirements, and challenges, translating them into actionable data analysis strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams, including consultants, data scientists, and IT professionals, to ensure seamless execution of data projects. Provide mentorship, guidance, and feedback to team of data analysts/engineers. Develop and implement innovative data analysis methodologies, techniques, and frameworks to address complex business problems. Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data by implementing best practices in data governance and quality assurance. Present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, including clients and senior management, through compelling visualizations and reports..

The position is 100% remote.
3 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or a related data analysis and interpretation occupation; and the skills listed below.

OR

5 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or a related data analysis and interpretation occupation. (no degree required)

The position also requires skills in the following:
- Performing Big Data analysis using Exploratory Analysis, Descriptive Statistics and Regression Analysis utilizing SQL in SSMS and DAX in PowerBI.
- Preparing data for dashboards and visualizations with SSMS and Power BI.
- Design Data models and Data Flows with Visio and LucidChart tools.
- Data mining techniques Association Rule Mining, Clustering, Text Mining, Sequential Pattern Mining.
- Data management practices, including data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance.
Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field; foreign equivalents accepted.
