Salon 77 located at 33575 Mayfair Avenue, Abbotsford, BC V2S 1P6 is looking for a full-time hairstylist to join their team as soon as possible.

Position: Hairstylist (NOC 63210)
Position Available: 1
Wage: $18.00 per hour
Duration: 35-40 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
Anticipated start date: As soon as possible
Work Location: 33575 Mayfair Avenue, Abbotsford, BC V2S 1P6

Job Duties:
• Cut and trim hair according to client's instructions or preferences
• Provide other hair treatment, such as waving, straightening and tinting and provide scalp conditioning massages
• Clean and style wigs and hair pieces
• Apply bleach, tints, dyes or rinses to colour, frost or streak hair
• Analyze hair and scalp condition and provide basic treatment or advice on beauty care treatments for scalp and hair
• Suggest hair style compatible with client's physical features or determine style from client's instructions and preferences
• Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, and style hair
• Apply hair extensions
• Wash customer’s hair
• Train co-workers if needed
• Receive payments and enter them into the system
• Order new supplies
Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of secondary school is required
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant work experience is required
Language: Must be able to communicate in English
