Responsible for managing the Organization’s financial performance and direct the accounting operations including Management of accounting records; Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings; Manage and publish timely monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements; Coordinate and direct the preparation of regulatory reporting, budget and financial forecasts, and report variances; Oversee all accounting operations; Support month-end and year-end close process; Analyze financial data, monitor expenditures, coordinate auditing processes and ensure accuracy of financial information; Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls; and research technical accounting issues for compliance.

Requires Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a closely related degree, or foreign degree equivalent, plus five years of experience in finance management. Must include two years of auditing experience in accounting firm and advanced knowledge of accounting principles and processes. $223,704.
