Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and passionateOpen-Source AI Engineer with a robust development background and at least minimum 4 years of experience in AI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AI frameworks, a strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, and a proven track record ofcontributing to open-source projects. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI models, as well as collaborating with the global open-source community to enhance and share our technological advancements. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and deploy AI and machine learning models to solve complex business problems Actively participate in and contribute to open-source AI projects, including code contributions, documentation, and community support. Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into products and services. Keep abreast of the latest developments in AI and machine learning technologies and integrate relevant advancements into our projects. Ensure AI models are efficient, scalable, and maintainable, and continuously improve their performance. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members on AI and open-source development practices. Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI models, code, and processes, and report progress to stakeholders. Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI and machine learning, with a proven track record in open-source development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. Experience with AI frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and deep learning techniques. Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus Demonstrated contributions to open-source projects, with active involvement in the community. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets. Preferred: Publications in reputable AI conferences or journals. Experience in leading open-source projects or AI development teams. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
