Job Overview

This is a senior position for an experienced HCM Functional Consultant with 7 to 10 years of experience. As an HCM Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM and HR processes. The job location is Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience as an HCM Functional Consultant
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM and its modules such as Core HR, Payroll, and Attendance Management
• Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL Developer
• Experience in data migration and integration
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Certifications in Oracle Fusion HCM will be a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion HCM solutions
• Configure and customize Oracle Fusion HCM applications based on client needs
• Provide expert guidance and support in Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, and Attendance Management
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend best practices for HCM processes
• Perform data migration and integration tasks as needed
• Develop and deliver end-user training and documentation
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion HCM functionality
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in Oracle Fusion HCM
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of HCM solutions
