Senior Analyst Career Consulting Delivery (Grade B2)



What can you expect?

Analytical Solutions Team works for Mercer clients and consultants across Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. Due to the rapid expansion, we are looking for a new team member who would be responsible for projects in EMEA & APAC region.
You will join the team of analysts and consultants responsible for rewards consulting services((link removed)/information-consulting). (for internal addv: (link removed) )
We are looking to hire a Process Developer in the Analytical Services Team the role will be responsible for:
Providing data analyses and customized reports in the area of compensation and benefits to Mercer consultants/clients across EMEA & APAC. These analyses may include: data extracts, market pricings, remuneration benchmark and comparison reports, PayBand tools
Peer-reviewing colleagues analyses and reports
Ensuring high levels of service and client satisfaction
Developing and maintaining day-to-day relationships with Mercer consultants across the EMEA & APAC region

We will count on you to:

Delivering projects (reports and analyses) against client commitments mainly standard, defined products (e.g. market pricings, data extracts, remuneration deviation analyses, benefits benchmarking reports, expatriate calculations);
Responsible for the whole process, from initial response to the request, through the preparation of analysis and ensuring peer review by a senior colleague, till project delivery
Taking part in advanced custom projects (not defined products) under senior colleagues supervision; Preparing data analyses based on the project manager/senior colleague guidelines
Self-development acquiring competence within a specific subject matter and tools; Participation in training sessions and learning new types of projects, as agreed in the individual development plan
Contributing, developing and implementing internal improvements within the Team (tools, processes); Usually as a team member, responsible for a specific activity within an improvement project
Note: Applicants should be flexible working in shifts


What you need to have:

Graduate (any stream)
Minimum 1-2 years experience
Excellent Quantitative analysis and problem-solving ability
Basic finance and numeric ability
Research driven approach and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal English language skills
Good command on MS Office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word)
Basic Excel VBA and R programming would be considered a plus
