Purpose of Role

The Senior Analyst, Apparel Development who performs data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to the leadership, internal/ external partners.
Your Impact

Regular communication internally with Development, Sourcing, Production, EDM, Planning as well as externally with T1 vendor for various calendarized items and information sharing.
Reviews and deliver data analysis reports covering all Apparel and Accessories development tracking and performance rating.
Manage the Vendor Own Development process to form the Development KPI on each T1 vendor and the workload process of Tech Design.
Follow existing process for Proto Tracking/Buy Ready; Modify/Improve processes related to the region, as this region continues to adapt to Sourcing Strategy
Creates new plans based on Vendor Strategy, executes operational plans for existing processes.
Develop new procedures based on Vendor initiatives challenges and form actionable plan.
Analyzing data and drawing appropriate conclusions Impacts: All App/Accy Development, vendors, Sourcing, Production Teams
Participate in strategic initiatives, projects and system implementations

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree preferably in computer science, mathematics, business management, or economics

Minimum of 4-6 years
in analystexperience
Advanced analytical skills, with experience collecting, organizing, and disseminating abundant information accurately
Must have superior written and verbal communication skills; must be able to lead presentations in a clear, concise, and engaging manner
Able to work autonomously, managing up issues with viable, brand-right solutions
Analytical thinking, problem solving, being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
Ability to present findings in a polished way
Proficiency with statistics and dataset analytics (using Excel)
Entrepreneurial mindset, with an innovative approach to business planning
