Emplug Academy, a leading tech education provider, is seeking experienced professionals to join our team as contract instructors for Digital Marketing. We are looking for passionate educators who can inspire and guide the next generation of tech innovators.

Contract Terms:
Part-time, contract basis
Pay: 15% of total tuition per student for the respective course
Location: On-site at Emplug Academy in Lagos and Abuja (commutable distance required)

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in the respective field
At least 2 years of teaching or training experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing
Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, understandable terms
Passion for education and mentoring students

Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, high-quality instruction for assigned courses
Develop and maintain course curricula, ensuring relevance to industry standards
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments
Provide constructive feedback and support to students
Track student progress and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with other instructors and staff to enhance the learning experience
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in your field
Participate in faculty meetings and professional development activities
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our educational programs
Expertise in areas such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and analytics tools
Hands-on experience with popular digital marketing platforms and tools
