Position Title: Salesforce Technical Lead Location: Hybrid - St. Louis, MO Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team. This position will be based in a hybrid work environment, with presence required in both St. Louis, MO, and NC. As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading our Salesforce development initiatives, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions to meet business needs. Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Provide technical leadership and guidance to Salesforce development teams. Architect scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices. Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce applications. Drive the adoption of Agile development methodologies and best practices within the Salesforce development team. Mentor junior developers and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions. Ensure adherence to Salesforce coding standards, security guidelines, and Section 508 accessibility requirements. Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with external systems, leveraging API Management tools and other technologies. Perform code reviews, identify areas for optimization, and implement performance enhancements. Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, technologies, and industry trends. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Salesforce Advanced Developer or Platform Developer II Certification, with verification capability. Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification, with verification capability. Extensive experience (13+ years) in Salesforce administration and development. Proven track record of leading Salesforce implementation projects from inception to completion. Strong proficiency in Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. Experience with Agile development methodologies and source control in Salesforce projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, collaborating with teams across different locations. Experience with Section 508 accessibility requirements and automated testing development is a plus.
