3-5 years experience in ServiceNow development, particularly Service Catalog module, using Utah version or higher. 3-5 years experience on Service Now - Business rules and Scripting 3-5 years experience in Agile/Scrum 2-3 years experience on Integration and API development (using REST, JSON, etc 2years experience on Catalog Builder or equivalent citizen developer tools and process Proficiency on Report Analytics, Workspace, Survey, ITSM, CMDB and other SN modules is a plus. PREFERRED - Experience on APIGEE, ESGA, Ansible, Amelia or other orchestration / interface tools is preferred. PREFERRED - SN CSA Certified is a plus.
