The Village at Mercy Creek is a vibrant assisted living community in Normal, Illinois. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for Certified nursing Assistants: Ability to provide personal care assistance to geriatric population. Work closely with registered nurse on residents daily well being Maintain clean, safe environment for residents, visitors, and team members. Ability to attend minimum of 12 hours of annual in service continuing education. Promote and respect the dignity of each resident, and their family. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent, or ability to obtain by time of employment Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Illinois, or ability to be certified in the State of Illinois by time of employment Minimum of one (1) year of care giving, service experience preferred, not required.
