We are currently recruiting for a Controller for a manufacturing client in the Bowling Green area. As the Controller, you will manage and lead a team of five individuals, reporting directly to the Site Leader and indirectly to the CFO. This role is critical in overseeing the financial operations of our client's manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include managing invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, benefit programs, insurance, inventory, tax filings, financial analysis and reporting, forecasting, and more. This is a hands-on position where you will build and manage a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the financial operations of the manufacturing facility
Handle invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Manage payroll and benefit programs
Oversee insurance and inventory
Ensure accurate and timely tax filings
Conduct financial analysis and reporting
Develop and manage forecasting processes
Build and lead a high-performing finance team
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
CPA highly desired
Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong financial background
Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident
Must reside within a commutable distance to Bowling Green, OH
