Job Description: IT Hardware & CCTV Support

We are looking for a skilled IT Hardware & CCTV Support specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting all IT hardware and CCTV systems used by the company.

Responsibilities:

• Install and configure IT hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
• Perform regular maintenance on IT hardware and CCTV systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
• Provide technical support to end-users
• Manage and maintain inventory of IT equipment
• Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth functioning of all IT systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proven experience in IT hardware and CCTV support
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
• Experience with networking and security protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
