Qualifications

You have a strong business analytics background and a keen curiosity in and understanding of its application to Human Resources trends, practices, and policies

A self-starter with solid attention to detail and the proven ability to be flexible and adaptable in the face of changing circumstances, who displays an interest in problem solving through innovative and effective data solutions

Formal learning in Statistics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related fields (e.g., bachelor's degree or applicable certifications)
•
1-3 years of practical data analytics and/or statistical modeling experience

Responsibilities
•
As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with the HR organization, maximizing data to influence strategy and decision making related to effectively attracting, developing, and retaining top talent within the organization

Through analyzing and translating data and reports, you will actively support our enterprise-wide focus in data driven decision making and planning capabilities
