Hi,Hope you are doing great,I have urgent Requirement on Sr. IT Service Desk AnalystSr. IT Service Desk AnalystVISA- USC/GC ONLYWHITE PLAINS, NY & NYC 6+ MONTHS CONTRACT Must have:3 + years' experiencestrong PC skillsgood user skillsexperience with Windows PC operating systemexperience with Desktops/Laptops /IPads /laser printers and smart phonesexperience with MS/AD and officeexperience with Citrixexperience with Cisco switchesmust be able to deploy computers [ not using and outside service ] FLSA Classification : ExemptReporting To : Director of IT Service Desk Qualifications : Educational: Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in information technology, computer science or a related field from an accredited college, university, or technical school. Work Experience:A minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience working on a service desk or PC desktop support.Familiar working within a multiple location, distributed service business model.
