Role Description

This is a full-time opportunityfor a Back Office Coordinator at The Monarch Enterprises located in Bhiwandi. As a back office coordinator, you will be responsible for providingoperations,administrative and organizational support and coordinating between different departments of the company spanning sales, Design, operations, and production. You will ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations and support company-wide growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

1.CoordinatingWith Different- Differentproject for schedules, resources, equipment's information's

2.Excellent knowledge of V lookup, H lookup&Advance Exceletc.

3.Excellent communication and email drafting skills.

4.Strong followup with all department & Ensuring to complete project before deadline

5.Experience in coordinatingWithteams and clients

6.Excellent communication and organizational skills

7.Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

8.Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs

9.Customer-centric attitude and strong interpersonal skills

10.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

11.Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
