Main Duties & Responsibilities:

- Plan and conduct user research and usability testing
- Analyze and interpret data to uncover user insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve user experiences
- Create personas, user journeys, and other UX deliverables
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX research

Qualifications:

- Proven work experience as a UX researcher or similar
- Familiarity with research methodologies and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with remote research methods

Bonus points:

- Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field
