Gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and prepare requirement documents. Perform Salesforce system integration design. Configure, develop, build, and customize Salesforce solutions based on system designs. Configure integration flows and processes solutions based on the system integration designs. Perform system integration testing, user acceptance testing, load testing, unit testing, and debugging. Extract and load data and perform data migrations and ETL jobs. Deploy Salesforce metadata changes. Deploy and migrate changes. Verify deployments, enable integrations, and perform verification/sanity check and smoke tests. Launch Salesforce features or enhancements. Update Salesforce knowledge for the SOPs. Train business users in Salesforce. Provide post GoLive support in Salesforce by monitoring and supporting the feature release after the deployment. Accommodate enhancements that arise due to change in business function/requirements. Utilize Salesforce, Informatica, Mulesoft, Flosum, and Saba Cloud. Will work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Requires Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related and 1 year experience.
