Quality Assurance Lead Location: US-FL-Miami - 33131 Email Job

Quality Assurance Lead: F/T position in Miami, FL. Master’s degree in Information Systems Engineering and Management or equivalent and 12 months of experience in Quality Assurance/Automation Engineer Role.
Review system requirements, specifications, technical design documents and more, providing accurate analysis that improves the product. Plan, develop and execute test plans and cases, creating appropriate reports on results and provide visibility to appropriate teams. Work cross-functionally with other Quality Assurance Engineers for testing and development of site capability and functionality, ensuring high quality throughout production. Make appropriate recommendations and execution plans based on report findings. Evaluate products code and create automation scripts as needed. Effectively document testing phases, identifying and recording defects, bugs, errors, and other associated issues. Assist the team in troubleshooting issues that may arise during the testing phase, offering appropriate recommendations and implementations. Establish Quality Assurance Engineer strategies and best practices. Test and report on current client offerings, ensuring everything is operating up to the highest standards, offering suggestions on improvements when necessary. Work with product managers and developers to identify and improve system requirements, supporting the team in implementing those changes as needed. Manage quality assurance parameters, maintaining statistical process controls, analyzing associated data, and other assorted technical support as needed. Mentor and help other members of the QA Team to learn new technologies (e.g. automation) and other QA best practices to apply them in their testing. Collaborate with the product team to plan the release based on their product roadmap and ensure the development, DevOps, and Customer Experience teams are aware of the features that have been released. Actively participate in different scrum ceremonies such as Story Time, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Kickoff. Manage and lead a small group of QA Engineers. Oversee the testing projects handled by other QA Engineers Manage the operation and admin tasks, lead and motivate the team, manage performance, delegate tasks, solve problems for the team, and team engagement.
