Key responsibilities:

• Valid driver's license.
  Follow instructions and directions from supervisors.
  Knowledge of general CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) functions.
  Create and update BOM's (Bill of Materials).
  Create, schedule, and update Pre-Plans.
  Create, schedule, and update Preventive Maintenance (PM's) work orders.
  Assign parts, labor and equipment needed to work orders.
  Charge parts from stores.
  Progress work orders from "In Planning to "Parts Complete Ready.
  Assist stores in kitting parts for individual jobs.
  Create requisitions for parts to be added to warehouse inventory.
  Create working schedules of trades persons. 4 weeks tentative schedules.
  Coordinate between production and maintenance for setting schedules based on priority level.
  Coordinate and schedule repair days involving outside contractors and equipment.
  Be able to assist in scoping jobs by making site visits and interacting with maintenance and production.
