Provide guidance to client customer support teams for on-site customer support and resolution for all mechanical, electrical, and operational issued related to the System Logistics automated handling system; Oversee daily activities associated with the effective and efficient operations of the System Logistics Intra-Logistic installed system; Ensure that operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives are put in place; Document technical support issues and resolutions; Coordinate timely repair of equipment and preventative maintenance activities with customer maintenance teams; Provide on-site training of customer support technicians; Site management on site and coordinate subcontractors; Utilize experience as a customer service technician, including experience which each of the following: Performing installation, providing customer support, and conducting training on automated guided vehicle (AGV) systems; Serving as an onsite commissioner for AGV installation projects; and Utilizing IEC61131-3 Programming Industrial Automation software for AGV systems; Utilize experience wiring cables for AGV systems. May telecommute up to 10% of the time. Position requires travel up to 90% of the job on a weekly basis throughout the U.S. to customer sites to provide technical services or training or to meet with subcontractors.

Position requires vocational or technical high school with a focus on electronics, electrical and electrical technology, or related field. Will accept the foreign educational equivalent.

3 years of experience as a customer service technician or in a related occupation. This experience must include 3 years of experience with each of the following: Performing
installation, providing customer support, and conducting training on automated guided vehicle (AGV) systems; Serving as an onsite commissioner for AGV installation projects, and Utilizing IEC61131-3 Programming Industrial Automation software for AGV systems. In addition, position requires 1 year of experience wiring cables for AGV systems.
