Job Description: Required qualifications: Advocates for the business clients in all phases of the complex solution development lifecycle for each of the critical stages, including initiation, analysis, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation follow up Performs complex analysis and works closely with the business clients to identify core business issues to map out possible solutions Develop the business case for action, defining the need, the method, and the benefits of proposed solutions Familiarity with Business Process Analysis, Documenting Business Process Flows & Process Optimization. 5+ years of experience using SAS Enterprise Guide Ability to understand Base SAS code Advanced SQL skills Able to work independently and execute conversions based on a prioritized project list Familiarity with Teradata and SQL Server Promptly raise up conversion issues Able to effectively collaborate with the project team Strong communication skills Experience partnering directly with business users Experience working in an agile environment a plus Requirements / Qualifications: Employment Practices: EEO, ADA, FMLA Compliant VLink is an equal opportunity employer.
