Kelly is hiring for assembly workers in North Liberty, IA. Monday through Friday positions with working some Saturday. The assembler is responsible for assembling component into sub-assemblies and finished goods on the production lines.  

 

Pay is $10.10/Hour  



1st shift : 7:00AM to 3:30PM

2nd shift : 4:00PM to 12:30AM

 

Duties include:

Visually inspect product and identify defective parts prior to assembly

Assemble components into sub-assemblies and finished goods according to the bill of materials and work instructions.

Position, align and adjust parts for proper fit and assembly.

Follow all safety policies and procedures

General housekeeping duties and must maintain a well organized work area.

 

Skills Needed:

-Knowledge of the processes performed in assembly and within the industry.

-Ability to analyze work-related situations and make decisions in an effective manner.

-Ability to work with minimal supervision and accomplish daily, weekly and monthly goals.

-Ability to stand for long periods of time

-Good eye and hand dexterity

-Perform duties in a well-ventilated, well-lit production environment that is non-climate controlled.  

-Work is classified as active with the requirements of exerting up to 35 pounds of force occasionally
