Job Title: Salesforce ArchitectLocation: MD & VA (HYBRID)Work Schedule: Full Time, 40 Hours/WeekExperience: As per the Job DescriptionContact Person: Mariam Khan/ Job Duties:Analyze and design solutions for customer engagement applications using Salesforce and related technologies.Work closely with business teams and product owners to understand and validate requirements and document them.Develop proof of concepts to validate new requirements and improve existing applications using the Salesforce core framework and Salesforce Field ServiceOnboard new markets and train users to quickly adopt the new digital services built on the Salesforce and in the field service.Develop a standard Salesforce development practice and make sure teams are following the best practices.Ensure development teams are following the standard development lifecycle and documentation.Handle production deployment support and post-production activities. Degree Requirement: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology and sciences or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a bachelor's degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
