Join a growing construction organization as a project accountant working directly for the controller with lots of growth potential. This position is hybrid 2 days on site in either Norwood or Medford with the remaining 3 remote
In this role you will set up accounting and finance requirements for the project to include initial meetings, budgeting and forms.
Be the liaison between the project team and the internal accounting and finance group
Keep track and analyze the status of all assigned projects
Ensure billing is accurate in accordance with the contract
Maintain AR aging and drive proactive collections
Assist the project team with cash flow projects and monthly cost report
Perform analysis, reconciliations and financial reporting as need etc....
BS degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
Must have 2+ years of construction accounting experience
