We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ADABAS/Natural Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ADABAS and Natural development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.This position will be hybrid, 3 days onsite, 2 days remote Key Responsibilities: Design and Development: Understand the inner working of the applicaitons to support existing ADABAS and Natural systems (ability to run reports, updates, bug fixes, routine enhancements Assist in modernizing existing system, analyze current code and extra business requirements, data extraction / data migration. Design, develop, and maintain applications using ADABAS and Natural programming languages. Analyze user requirements and create technical specifications. Develop, test, and implement new software applications and enhancements to existing systems. System Maintenance: Perform regular system maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance. Debug and resolve software defects and issues. Ensure data integrity and system security. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed applications and systems. Generate and analyze system reports to identify areas for improvement. Ensure all documentation complies with industry standards and company policies. Support and Training: Provide technical support to end-users and other stakeholders. Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users on new systems and features. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
