Assist in project testing and implementation activities. Support the Supply Chain modules once in production. Liaison between the business partners and IT. Work with business stakeholders to learn business processes and gather business requirements. Identify business gaps and develop steps to bridge them. Coordinate requirements for new and existing applications. Assist in testing, training plan development and training, support for users, and developing user documentation (i.e., web manuals, reference guides, etc.). Participate in QA process; identify test cases; explain complex processes; aid in developing test plans. Assist business stakeholders with analyzing data flows for improvement opportunities to eliminate manual processes. Position is fixed based in Northborough, MA office; However, telecommuting from a home office location up to five (5) days per week is allowed. Domestic travel up to 10%.
Five (5) years of professional experience working within the Oracle cloud environment as an Oracle Developer/Consultant or a similar role.
Five (5) years of experience in the following
(experience may be gained concurrently):
-Oracle Cloud environment
-Oracle Cloud implementations and support

One (1) year of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
-Providing strategic guidance, leadership, and coordination for Oracle ERP efforts, including system upgrades and new implementations.
-Implementing, upgrading, and modifying Oracle ERP system settings and configuration.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electronic Engineering or a directly related field
